Hi,

I use Joomla 4.0.3 with Phoca Downloads 4.0.0Alpha7 and only get a white page after clicking.

The preview is displayed.

Unfortunately there is no error message.

Joomla 4.0.2 was only recently reinstalled because we changed the domain. The problem has existed since the update to 4.0.3, which was installed without errors

I have same problem. To solve i update coomla to 3.10 and update phocadownload component and plugin. STILL WHITE PAGES. could use some advice. Thanks

was mir aufgefallen ist, es gibt keinen Menüpunkt: ..../intern.
Wenn ich diesen .../intern aufrufe, käme ich auf: .../index.php/service/login.

geht auch in deutsch, schön dann spare ich mir den Google Übersetzer, lesen kann ich englisch aber beim sprechen fehlen mir die worte :-)

Ich habe den Link versteckt, daher der Link oben, der ist auch für alle aufrufbar, damit kommst du direkt auf die Kategorien Ansicht.

Same problem here afterupdating Joomla to 3.10.2 with using phocadownload 3.2.3.
All catogories are the and al files are visible. For some reason the link to the file seems funny.

If more information is needed please let me know.
If anyone has a solution I would be greatful.

Update: I fully restored the DB and the webspace from a 2 day old backup. This did not resolve the issue, is Joomla update changing other files besides the DB and webspace?

Danke fürs Debugging. Kann leider in Moment damit nicht viel anfangen. Werde es an Jan weiterleiten.

Zur Sicherheit gefragt ob ev. relevant: der Pfad lautet: ..../download/test-2/musteranträge > ev. umtun auf musterantraege?

Eigentlich hatte ich an ein "Call Stack" gedacht, siehe obigen Link bzw:

...... und auf ihrer Fehlerseite ungenügende Daten anzeigen, ist es empfohlen, die Datei error.php im Templateordner, falls vorhanden, vorübergehend umzubenennen, z.B. zu errorxxxxxx.php. So ist gewährleistet, dass die Fehlerseite von Joomla verwendet wird.
