generate a custom link to pdf

Hello i search in documentation but you only explain how to add pdf button via print button modification (that cool)
i need to create a single link in my override to display a simple <a href .. to pdf
how i can acheive this ?

Hi, here you can see the method which gets the button.

So there are two options:
a) changing directly the method to get only a link
b) or get the button and with PHP methods separate the link and make the a href

Hi, I didn't do such customization yes, so I don't have such example - for this you need to use some PHP function for replacing text, maybe some regex function
