PayPal does not accept two VAT rates in one order

Sorry for my bad English. following problem
We have products with 7% and 19% VAT.
If a customer buys articles with different VAT rates and pays via PayPal,
Paypal omits the 7% VAT. They are missing in the PayPal invoice. Thus the customer transfers
a lower sum than ordered.

Example:


Shop order

Article 1 / net € 23.36 + 7% tax = € 25.00
Article 2 / net € 1.68 + 19% tax = € 2.00

Tax (7%) € 1.64
Tax (19%) € 0.32
Delivery - Shipping costs (excluding tax) € 5.88
Delivery - Shipping costs VAT (19%) € 1.12

Paypal settlement

Item 1 / € 23.36 EUR

PayPal only calculates the 19% VAT. Thus, the shop operator only receives 32.26 euros instead of 34.00 euros.
Where could the problem be?

Folgendes Problem
Wir haben Produkte mit 7% und 19% Mehrwertsteuern.
Kauft ein Kunde Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Mehrwertstersätzen und bezahlt per Paypal,
lässt Paypal die 7% MwSt. weg. Die fehlen in der Paypal-Rechnung. Somit überweist der Kunde
eine niedrigere Summe als bestellt.

Beispiel:


Shop Bestellung

Artikel 1 / Netto 23,36 € + 7% Steuer = 25,00 €
Artikel 2 / Netto 1,68 € + 19% Steuer = 2,00 €

Paypal berechnet nur die 19% MwSt. Somit bekommt der Shobbetreiber nur 32,26 Euro statt 34,00 Euro.
Wo könnte das Problem liegen?

Hi, we had some development discussion in past about problem with rounding and PayPal (where we must count all different discounts, because PayPal had only one item for this)


But this should not happen to VAT. Can you please enable logging in Phoca Cart and paste here the form which is sent to PayPal (it will be recorded in logs) and screenshot of which calculation does PayPal show?

EDIT:

I have tested it and yes, it seems PayPal does not differentiate between the taxes and does not count the second tax (or any other)

Try to download and install this Beta version of the PayPal payment plugin:
https://github.com/PhocaCz/PhocaCart/re ... .9Beta.zip

And test it. I have changed the variable names for the tax. When there are more tax rates, it can count all of them (but in summary it does not show different tax rates like on invoice). But at least it can count all of them.

Hallo, bekommst du es ohne zweiter Mehrwertsteuersatz auch nach der Installation von der neuen Phoca PayPal plugin Version? Ich teste es, da darstellt PayPal alle Steuer zusammen.

Kannst du mir den Log Entry darstellen (Log für PayPal Form nach der Installation von neuer Version gemacht)
