Uploading Files In Backend

We upload all files in the backend. Is it possible to :

a) set the uploaded by and owner of the document automatically when the bulk upload takes place

b)when assigning a file to a category in the backend upload can the default access rights be set to something other than public

At present after uploading the file and assigning to a category I have to then edit the file to set the uploaded by, owner and access rights manually.

Hi, when files are uploaded in administration, no owner, etc. is set as it means, administrator uploaded them. All the statistics about upload only happens in frontend.

So for now there is no options to set a) or b). Such needs to be customized.
