How to-1 image thumb, click and get slideshow

Hi, I cant figure out how to do this-
I want to show ONE thumbnail, when clicked modal/shadow box will open and slide show ALL IMAGES in the category or sub category.

By the by, my gallery is 2.5.8

Hi, the shadowbox javascript method only allows display slideshow of image which are displayed on the site currently.

Is there no way??!! (except slideshow plugin)

If you will use shadowbox, there is no way as this javascript library works this way - the slideshow take images loaded and displayed on the site (not not displayed e.g. in the same category)
