J4 Setup wizard not working

Hello. Sorry if this has been queried before, but I can't find a search facility on this forum.

I have just downloaded and installed Phoca Cart onto a test J4 website. I've never used Phoca Cart before so I was pleased to see a configuration wizard. On opening the control panel, a large pop-up appears headed "Getting Started Wizard" with an X at the top right and a blue "X Skip Wizard" button bottom right, below a large picture of bubbles/light spots. But nothing else!

I was using Firefox on Windows 11 and I tried again on Chrome. No luck.
So I tried my laptop, which is still running Windows 10. Still no luck.

Also, the orange 'start wizard' button doesn't work, either.

Phoca Cart 3.5.8

Hi, you should install Joomla 4 version of Phoca Cart on Joomla 4.1. This means the version: 4.0.0 RC:

Thanks. Sorry, I misread the download options. I thought it was fully ready for J4. When will that be?

I've only just seen this as I did not get a notification of your reply. I thought I would be subscribed automatically, but now I see it's the same system as the Joomla.org forum and I have to manually subscribe. Bah.
