upgrade to Joomla 4 - Gallery

Can I install Joomla 4 version of Phoca Gallery on J3 Site?
I am planning to do the upgrade and joomla components are marked in the red section of joomla pre upgrade control software

No, as PG is different e.g. in Files, SQL table (database) etc.

I have to de activate all Phoca "components" before starting migration peocess?

You have to uninstall the Phoca Gallery Component and all other Phoca Components before starting migration.
