Install fonts failed

Hello,
I have modified my file as described in the explanation.
-->>> https://www.phoca.cz/documents/55-phoca ... phoca-font

However, every time I try to install the font, I get the error message 500 File does not exist
(/customers/4/5/f/enduron.ch/httpd.www/tmp/install_6272a12e9bfa9/HelveticaNeue_Medium.ttf).

Hi, try to enable debug mode and php error reporting to get more detailed information. But as written in the error message, it cannot find the defined file, try to check it for typo errors.

BTW did you install the font in Phoca Font administration? (not in Joomla installation)

Sorry for the late reply.

I checked everything for spelling errors and could not find any.
Can it be that it isn't working because it isn't a font from Phoca itself?

No in the Phoca Font administration I have not installed the font yet, as far as I know. Where can I find the administration ?
