what do you mean with:

emails about orders are not coming to the mail

Customer email address?
Vendor email address?
Administrator/Super User email address?

Did you setup order status changes?

Backend --> System --> Global Configuration --> Server --> Mail --> Send Test Mail
is working?

Submit Item Options - selected user. user mail address is the same as the Test Mail

Hi, Phoca Cart uses Joomla email function. So the only way how to get info about not sending the email, is debugging the server. When you enable debug mode and php error reporting, do you get any error message there?

Are you sure the right order status which sends the email, is set?

Hi,
Others means, you can set each email address you want. This is general settings so the email can be sent to seller, manager, owner, etc. It means, this feature is not limited by only one email account but is preparded for possible situations.
