Hi, there is no such way (directly) but you can do a lof of different similar actions.
E.g. you will set some article as frontend in your site and into this article you will paste the slideshow plugin (Phoca Gallery Slideshow) and if there is defined displaying images ordered by date, then new images will be displayed.
You can order the categories by data, so newly created categoris will be displayed on first place, etc.
