Hi, it depends on which email you mean. You can set the content for different emails in standard editor. But of course, not every HTML or CSS can be displayed by the email client.

Hi, there are some default order statuses but you can creaete additional - and such you can name as you need. What do you mean with "combine the delivery and payment address"?

The file you need to override is placed in
/components/com_phocacart/layouts/order.php

Copy order.php to
templates/[name of your template]/html/layouts/com_phocacart/
