Random file names after upgrade to Joomla 4
Posted: 06 Jul 2022, 08:35
Hello. I have migrated Phoca Download to version 4.0.2 in a Joomla migrated from 3.10.10 to 4.1.5. I have done this twice following the rules from https://www.phoca.cz/documents/50-jooml ... o-joomla-4.
The files can be downloaded, however there is one confusing thing. Each file got a misleading title, beacause a name of a random file stuck to the original name. The random names were different each time. It looks like this:
The name of the migrated file:
sitename/index.php/the_name_of_a_random_file_from_transferred_files?view=category&download=1933:the_title_of_the_original_file&id=146:the_name_of_the_subcategory
The name of the original file:
sitename/index.php/2021-22/category/146-the_name_of_the_subcategory?download=1933:the_title_of_the_original_file
The categories and files systemm looks like this:
upper category (ie. a year) > category (ie. a month) > subcategory (ie. a week) > file (ie. a day)
The debug mode is on and shows nothing here, because the files can be downloaded from the categories (altough with the misleading title).
Is it possible to fix this issue?
Kind regards, Mirek.
