Getting error on favicon create

When I use Phoca Favicon to recreate the icon for my website, Joomla 3.10.10 or 3.10.11, it gives the error
An error has occurred.
0 Cannot access offset of type string on string
The icon that is created is a black box as seen here.

Yes I will be upgrading to Joomla 4 at some point, but not today.

to be able to recreate this, can you please post the image from which the icon should be created.
