Hello
Please, other than the store admin (super user joomla), can a store employee (Obviously a ranked user) view and process customer orders?
If so, please show me how.
I apologise. I am new to Phoca Cart. I am using version 4.0.4 on joomla v4.2.2

Hi, it is based on Joomla ACL - if user has access to Joomla administration and has rights for working with Phoca Cart, then even no super user can manage the orders.

See rights for each user in Joomla user management.
