Hello, is it possible to create a new field for a expiration Date. Is it also possible to delete the File on the Server when the expiration date that set is the actual date ?

Or may be it is possible to set a lifetime for every uploaded file 1 Week/Month/Year so that the file will autmatic deleted after this time.

Through some customization, this is possible. It is not a feature of Phoca Download.

I need this feature and want to know if it is possible to get this feature in one of the next Versions as a part of Phoca Download.

Can i buy this feature!?

Hello Phoca Team,

Im looking for a similar feature for Phoca Download, where I can add a field for expiration date of a file and then have a report where I can list all files about to expire or expired already.

A more extended need would be something like an alert message or colored column for expired or about to expire files.

As the original OP, I would be willing to pay (As much as my tight budget permits) for this feature.

Please let me know if its OK that I added my request here or if I need to post this request somewhere else.

Hi, in Phoca Download - in edit of file, you can set Start publishing and Finish publishing date. Such information about not active files you can see directly in file list in administration:
