Good Day
We are having trouble with a website that uses PHOCA DOWNLOAD. We needed to restore a backup of the site to the 10th of October.
Now when we try and upload files it says "Error Unable to upload File"
Max upload is set to 0 (so this should mean any filesize can be uploaded right?).
Administrator permissions :
Configure Component = Not Allowed (inherited)
Access Component = Allowed (inherited)
Create = Allowed (inherited)
Edit = Allowed (inherited)
Delete = Allowed (inherited)
Edit State = Allowed (inherited)
Running PHP 7.4.32
Phoca Download version 3.2.0

Please advise what steps I can work through to troubleshoot this issue.

Re: Error Unable to upload file
Hi, do you mean the frontend upload? There are no valid the rights for administration. But anyway, the first warning says what is wrong there. It is not possible to move the file to listed folder. Try to check ownership and permissions of this folder.

Re: Error Unable to upload file
Hi Jan,
Thank you for your repsonse, it is much appreciated, I am referring to the backend login the administrator logins. Our client uploads fuel prices on a daily basis and the admin team is unable to upload since the backup was restored.
With regards to the first error, how can I go about resolving it?
Apologies I am more familiar with Wordpress than I am Joomla

Re: Error Unable to upload file
Hi Jan,
Thank you for the response. We managed to sort it out and it was a hosting issue. The .tmp folder wasn't restored with the backup. The plugin config was perfect it was just the missing .tmp folder
