Please see site http://test.jhwilliams.com.au/index.php ... &Itemid=58

If you select the Byron Bay marker the link I have created in the markers description section (more Details) is displayed outside of the balloon, can i display this text in the Balloon, I think it has something to do with the title length of the marker.

Also is it possible to make the marker a a link its self so if a user clicks on the marker instead of opening the balloon it goes to the link of your choice? Maybe in a future release.

Hi, no idea what can be wrong there, e.g.
https://www.phoca.cz/demo/phoca-maps-demo-component (click on Vienna - all content is in the balloon :-( )

So maybe try to change it with other template, try check the code of the whole site, try to check the html code of the descripton and link (if it was OK created by the editor). Mostly this can be an editor (html output) problem, so try to change html of the description.

Jan

I'm using this template http://www.rockettheme.com/joomla-templates/afterburner.

As i'm so new to this would you be able to point me in the direction of what i may need to be changing in the template to make the balloon display correctly.

I have looked in the rockettheme forum but i was not able to find anything relating to the issue i have.

Thanks again

Hi, sorry I don't know the template so no idea what can make there an conflict with google maps baloon. It is possible that in the teplate no problem is and that the description should have other html code  :( but really no idea what should be changed there. Maybe you should install some development tools (firebug in FF or development tool in IE) and try to edit the CSS online on the site to find which class can be in conflict.
