fresh installation of phoca car 4.0.5 with phoca pdf and phoca cart plugin
html view of invoice is correct including image
pdf getting error.

Hi, what do you mean with "PDF getting error"? Is not possible to open it or some error message is displayed?

If you can download the PDF, and you cannot open it, try to edit it in text editor and see the source code if there are not rendered some error messages before PDF header.

when store logo is selected in options. as soon as i want to view the PDF a popup screen with this error.
no pdf is generated in the backend so i cannot see of any errors in the pdf.

same image in for example footer of the pdf (set in phoca pdf component) is working and pdf is generated (as long no store logo is configured)

when i remove the store logo a pdf is generated.
html invoice is working fine with and without store logo.

can you paste the whole error message (including file and line where it occurrs)? Did you try to test it with another image?

I have tried several images.. al the same issue
When i use the same image in the footer its okay
Image is not the issue. Used same issue on other website and it works.

Its something specific on this install cq server..

this is the complete error message

TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image: https://www.domain.com/images/logo/image-filename.png


*i changed the domainname and filename
i tried several images, jpg, png, big, small, etc.etc.

Hi, can you paste the screenshot of the error (you can hide there the domain name too) but with enabled debug mode in Joomla global configuration. Is there no file and its line when rendering the error? Can you test some another image (some small to test if the TCPDF is able to work with images). Is your Phoca PDF the latest version?

tested with other image same issue.. (only on this installation).
site is not build by me, just supporting someone who is building his side based on Joomla en phoca car.

phoca cart en phoca pdf is latest version.
