the VAT per country

Hi, I am using PhocoCart 4.0.6 in Joomla 4.3.0.
The template is Shaper Helixultimate Standard 4.0.12.
I would like to determine the VAT per country. I have adjusted the VAT per country. I have activated dynamically and yet the VAT does not change.

I went to log in as a guest, then it doesn't work, if you log in it works.

On my test server, I have implemented it even for guests, so I hope I will release Beta test version soon (4.0.7Beta) so it can be tested.
