max file size upload on joomla 4.3

HI. I'm going crazy trying to get a file bigger than 3M to upload.
I changed the settings in the php.ini to 100m and the media settings as well. But I don't get the size to go up. it is always fixed at 3 M, as can be seen from the figure. Can someone help me?

Hi, did you change the parameters even in Phoca Download options?

There are two parameters - one for frontend and second for administration, did you change both?

Yes I solved. The problem was what you said. I looked at all the parameters at least twenty times. But that's exactly what I missed. I'm sorry I posted a problem that wasn't the problem. A thousand thanks
