is it possible to remove the following options from the POS setup:

Select Customer
Select Shipping Method
Select Payment method

Hi, there are two options:

- you can select which shipping/payment method will be automatically selected
- or you can hide the buttons with help of CSS (it is not required selecting customers, shipping and payment method)
