Old Category Name Won't Change & Deprecated Date

Hi there,
Version 4.0.6
1) For some reason when I create a new category, instead of the downloand link displaying the new category name, it's still showing the old category name. I uninstalled and reinstalled the component in hopes that it would fix but it's still doing it.
For example, if the old category was ABC and I changed it to TEST, it's still showing as ABC instead of TEST.

2) Under "Date" and "Start Publishing" date, I see the below.
