How to access UCP in front end?

Hello,

Noob question here. I have enabled the User Control Panel in the configuration settings, but it's not obvious to me where to access it in the front end (as a registered user)? When I log into the site, I see the link for "View Profile" but I think this is the regular Joomla user profile. Is the Phoca UCP part of the regular Joomla user profile or is it a separate thing and if so how do I access it?

I am on Joomla 4.
