When the customer has ordered a package, does he not receive a confirmation email?

When the customer has ordered and paid for a package, when and how does the invoicing work?
Are there built-in invoices in Phoca Cart? I can't find them and can't activate them.

Go to order stasuses. You have several created but you create custom ones. Every order status has email option. You decide what you Phoca Cart will send to customer or shop administrator.

I haven't created an email yet.
Where can I find the data for the email such as;
name, address, zip code, city, product, order number, etc.?

If you choose to send order in HTML or PDF, those data are usually included in checkout form so they will be in HTML order or invoice.

Hi,
go to: Order Statuses --> Confirmed -->Order Status: [ Edit ] --> Email Options
There you can create Email to Customer & and Email to Others
Others can be e.g. the Shop Owner, Warehouse staff, Accounting staff, Shipping staff etc.
It's very helpfull to use variables for the Email Text.

This is the tab where you define content of e-mail to customers and others:

You can copy content from your screenshot to Email Text (Customer) in Email Options tab.
In the same tab you can notify Administrator, Store manager or anyone else that order has been placed entering its email in Email (Others) with desired message.

Also at the bottom of that page you can select what will be sent with that email - Order, Invoice, Delivery note or nothing above and in what format (if you select Order, Invoice or Delivery note) - HTML, PDF or Both.

It doesn't work for me.
The entire site is ready but I cannot communicate with the customer.

have you checked the function of your Joomla! standard mail system?
backend --> System --> Global Configuration --> Server --> Mail --> Send Test Mail
