Seemingly random disconnection after PayPal payment

After I pay with PayPal (obviously Sandbox at the moment) I randomly get disconnected from the site.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no, but it is more common for it to be disconnected.
Using the Cash on Delivery payment method never disconnects and works perfectly.

This is particularly annoying: does anyone know what the cause is and how to fix it?

Hi, from which page you are disconnected? What screenshot do you get? Phoca Cart has no tool to disconnect website.

In the info page, after a PayPal payment I'm logged out half the time (from my website). This never happens when paying Cash On Delivery.

Hi, Cash on Delivery does not redirect the user anywhere. So when the page is redirected to PayPal and there is some problem then maybe it comes to such problems. But to know it, you need to know which url address was disconnected (e.g. see Developer tools in browser, etc.)
