No notifications when people ask pre sales questions

I have seen that I have lost sales due to not knowing how this worked.
How do I get notified when someone asks a question. I see they get sent to the backend and I can view there but a notification email where I can reply to is the best solution for this kind of thing. Thanks.

When I do that I get the error "1 SMTP Error: The following recipients failed:
abc@gmail.com: : Sender address rejected: not owned by user
support@site.com
I select the admin user (myself)
SMTP is working and I can send a test email -
support@site.com

Phoca Cart does not have any own email sending feature, it just asks Joomla to send the email. So the question is, are you really sure, your SMTP options in Joomla are OK?
BTW the SMTP does not say anything about sending problems but about problems when receiving the email (recipient failed), so not sure what exactly of problem this is. But as I wrote, this is maybe much more a question on Joomla developers as the sending is made by Joomla core.

Yes I am sure, click test and get the mail, all other mail functions work such as tassos components form.

Hi, did you test it with another emails, it seems the SMTP has problems with the recipient email:
abc@gmail.com.
