Modify quantities in the basket

Hello everyone
When a customer reaches his basket, just below "quantities", there is the number of articles (by default 1) and just next to this number there are two little squares colored to add an article (+1) or remove it (-1).
These figures (+1 or -1) do not appear. Just colors appear
How can I do to replace the colors by a white background and make +1 and -1 visible ?
Thank you very much for your help

Hi, check the options for Quantity Input Spinner parameter.

Check if the icons (plus/minus, etc) are loaded on your site. This depends on used method of displaying icons. Try to enable SVG icons and test again (Parameter: Icon Type)

You can change the colors per CSS, best per user.css stored in your template.

Sorry to bother you again but I can't do it ..
1/ Where can I find "Quantity Input Spinner parameter" ?
2/ How can I load and enable SVG icons ?
3/ I tried to change the colors per CSS. It works but the icons bin and succeed as on the Phoca cart demo don't appear

1.) Backend --> Components --> Phoca Cart --> Control Panel --> Options --> Display --> General Display Options --> Quantity Input Spinner=
2.) Backend --> Components --> Phoca Cart --> Control Panel --> Options --> Display --> Theme Options --> Icon Type=
