Any idea why url has that 2016-02-04-02-07-21 inside?

And why that skrzynka-intencji css is loading?

it' not a css file, it's a rss feed:

But I don't understand why you posted this in the Phoca Guestbook Forum. This feed has nothing to do with Phoca Guestbook...
