Stupid beginners questioin about PHOCA GALLERY BUTTON

Hi folks,

First of all, excuses for my bad English... I've installed Phoca Component en most of plugins en modules ... Also the plugins plg_content_phocagallery_2.5.9 and plg_editors-xtd_phocagallery_v2.5.7_beta.
I've already understood that these plugins doen''t work with JCE and therefore you can download another pluging... Wich cannot be installed because a missing xml file.

But after installing the plugins and activatie them the button don't appear in my editor.
I'm using the standard Tiny MCE Editor....

Help me.. what do I wrong.. .I really don't understand this... silly problem....
