Console Warnings when loading map
Posted: 09 Feb 2024, 07:55
Hi there,
when I load the map in the frontend I get the following warnings (Joomla 4.4.2 with Phoca Maps 4.0.2 and Content Plugin 4.0.1)
Google Maps JavaScript API has been loaded directly without loading=async. This can result in suboptimal performance. For best-practice loading patterns please see https://goo.gle/js-api-loading
On a installation where I migrated from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4 and then reinstalled Phocamaps (same Version as above) I also get the following warning:
google.maps.event.addDomListener() is deprecated, use the standard
addEventListener() method instead:
https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/ ... ntListener
The feature will continue to work and there is no plan to decommission
it.
Does anybody have an idea where these warnings come from? I think they weren't there some time ago.
Kind regards,
Tanja
