I have a problem with paying with a debit/credit card via PayPal.

Hello,
If the customer pays by card (using STRIPE) or PayPal, then there is no problem. The customer receives an email confirming the order, an invoice, etc. I also receive the same email. The order status changes to "confirmed" and the quantity in stock changes. This is ok.
The problem is when the customer pays by card via PayPal without logging in to PayPal (I marked it in red in the attached photo).
The customer does not receive an email with confirmation, order number or invoice. I receive an email as a "pending order". In the "orders" section it also shows "pending order". The quantity in stock does not change either. Can this be fixed somehow?
