I port Phoca Gallery from J 3.10.12 to J 4. Phoca Gallery is version 4.4.3.

I found How to migrate extensions from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4

Now I' m about to 'Joomla! 4 (importing site)'. Now I feel uncertain:
1) should I
- unistall Phoca Gallery from J 3.10.12 before upgrade to J 4 and reinstall after upgrade
OR
- upgrade J 3 --> J 4 and upgrade Phoca Gallery after that from 4.4.4 to 4.5.5 ?
OR
- upgrade Phoca Gallery from 4.4.4 to 4.5.5 and upgrade J 3 --> J 4 after that?

2) The manual states "... just upgrade to latest version: Phoca Gallery: 4.5.0 (the latest version when this guide was written)". Does this mean I should upgrade directly to 5.0.0 or does it mean 4.5.5 (latest 4.5.x version right now) ???

3) Further I do have the following on my website:
'Komponente Phoca Download - Deutsche Sprachdateien' 3.0.3
'Sprachdatei - Phoca Download - Deutsch (informell)' 2.1.4

However there is no 'Phoca Download' component on my website!

What should I do with those? Pre-Check says 'No Compatibility Information' for those...

wegen 3.) gehe ich davon aus, dass Du deutschsprachig bist:

Phoca Gallery is version 4.4.3. = Ok
1.) "unistall Phoca Gallery from J 3.10.12 before upgrade to J 4 and reinstall after upgrade "= Genau, nach der Joomla! Migration, das aktuelle Phoca Gallery für J4 installieren und die zuvor exportierten DB-Tabellen importieren.

2.) "Does this mean I should upgrade directly to 5.0.0 or does it mean 4.5.5 (latest 4.5.x version right now) ???" = Gemeint ist Phoca Gallery v4.5.5

3.) Wenn Du Phoca Download gar nicht installiert hast, solltest Du die Sprachpakete deinstallieren (Sie werden ja nicht benötigt)

Als kleine Präzisierung: der Pre-Update Check for Joomla führt 5.0.0 als für Joomla 4.x (4.4.3 in meinem Fall) als Compatible Version für den Upgrade auf! Gut, dass ich da noch gefragt habe!

der Pre-Update Check for Joomla führt 5.0.0 als für Joomla 4.x (4.4.3 in meinem Fall) als Compatible Version für den Upgrade auf!

PG5.0.0 ist auch kompatibel mit J4.x Trotzdem würde ich die Migration PG für J3 auf PG für J4 mit der aktuellen 4er Version machen und erst anschließend auf PG 5 updaten.
