Hello, a question about the attributes of the products, the categories are not displayed in the menu, what am I doing wrong? Did I miss reading any documentation? How does the store's category menu work so that it is displayed, is there any recommended practice to take advantage of the category filters?

Sorry, but t looks like a mix of questions of the terms are being used in a wrong way.

"Categories to be displayed in the menu" - which menu do you mean? There is a module displaying list of categories.
If you want top menu to have a list of categories, you can create menu items manually or customize module to display list of categories as a dropdown list.
And it is not clear how product attributes are combined with the list of categories.
