How can I make all the image categories appear on the home page (in Joomla 5) like the home page here https://www.phoca.cz/demo/

Is it a module or an article page?

Neither, nor. It is the categories view of Phoca Gallery Component.
For example, this is another link with this view.
Create a menu link to Phoca Gallery Component (type: categories view) and post if you have any further questions then. The URL to see the problem would then be also very helpful.

I understand what you said, but I wanted the categories to appear on the home page, not under a different menu option. I think the home page idea is impossible, but thank you for trying.

No, that is not impossible. Create the menu item Phoca Gallery (List of Categories) and set it as default and as hidden. Then the PG category view is displayed directly when the page is called up, without any visible navigation.
