Hello,
I am working on a project, currently use J3.10.
I have Phoca Download installed and everything works properly. I have the following structure:
- Downloads only available to logged-in Users. They can retrieve their backups.
- Individual Categories by Username in Joomla and assigned to only be accessible by that User.
- I have a Menu Item set-up for 'Your Backups', and must be logged-in.
- Downloads are set to work in Absolute Path, so we are using a drive dedicated to backups.
- We have a bash script that takes the backups and distributes them into their respective folders on that drive.
Now the issue I have, is the backups occur daily. The files currently have to be "associated" in the 'Files' section of Phoca Download.
I do not want to have to go in there and associate 100 files a day into their respective folders.
Is there any way to automate this file association? When the file is dropped into the folder in the server, can it just be made available to the person who has access to the folder?
Thanks!

Re: How To Automate File Availability
Hi, I think, if you have done some automated tasks, the same you need to do automated tasks to assign the files e.g. to category or assign them rights, etc.
