Previously, I used another shopping system where it was possible to add a custom field to the product that was a multi-select list. In this, I could choose from the previously entered values or directly add a new value from there. This often made work much easier because, for example, if the webshop was selling books, I could simply choose from the existing list of authors or illustrators without leaving the product editing page to add a new value. It is important that a book can have multiple authors and illustrators, which is why the multi-select list was necessary. Additionally, the values were searchable and filterable, and it was possible to make the list item clickable so that, for example, clicking on a tag-like value would filter all books by the same author.
Is this somehow achievable with Phoca Cart?
