I tried something with Joomla 5 and PC beta66. There is a product, and I wanted to add a discounted price for it for a single day, from midnight to midnight.
As far as I can see, I can do this using the 'Discount Options' tab. A minor issue is that the help text says "coupon" instead of "discount."
I calculated the discount amount (though it would sometimes be easier to just set the reduced price instead of calculating the discount amount), but I can't see the discount reflected on the product page. However, when I add the product to the cart, the discount and reduced price are shown.
So, at the moment, the price displayed on the product page is not the actual price the customer will pay.
I also tried using the "Price/Original Price" option, which works better, but I can't set a timeframe for it.
Here is a screenshot. At the top, you can see the €30 discount, which isn't visible on the product page.
Did I miss something?
