What tool do you use to convert images to .webp format that passing meta data to .webp?

Hello,
Thank you for creating so powerful Phoca Gallery component that supports .webp format.
What are you using to convert image files to .webp format? I am looking for one that converts and passes meta data (descriptions, tags) to .webp file and could be used in a batch processing or script. I tried to use cwebp utility on windows but it doesn't support meta data. I used "-metadata exif" and "-metadata all" options but nothing works on windows. I read that it only works on other platforms.
