I have an XML file and would like to read it cleanly, is there a suitable guide on how to read it? or is there a tool?

I always receive an XML file with articles from my _ _ (it contains all article information)
EK price; SHU, packaging unit, sales price etc.
I would like to read these into Phoca Card so that it is easier
