Can't find the parameters!

I follow the instruc
I follow the instructions in the Users manual, but can't find where to change the parameters for the gallery. There isn't a menu or button or anything in the Phoca Gallery component, so what gives?

Hi, there is a Menu Manager in your menu... and if you create a link to Phoca Gallery, you must do it here ... And here you can change the Parameters Component...
