Plugin and Cooliris

I am trying to present a category of images i have inside an article with the Gallery plugin and i can't make it.
If i present it in a menu item, it works but not inside an article with the plugin.
I thought that maybe the plugin doesn't have this ability, but i saw in the following link that Phoca does that in the site.
https://www.phoca.cz/demo/coolirs-3d-wall
So i guess that it is possible. Can anybody help me with this ?

The page you are looking at is the menu item. The text you see on the page is the text for that category. See https://www.phoca.cz/demo/picasa-album .

I am actually working with this idea myself. I was just able to overload the phocagalleryslideshow plugin to insert cooliris code. Now that I have the idea working I'm going to try to put together a standalone cooliris plugin. I will post that code here when I finish. Maybe Jan will then like the plugin and add it as an official phoca plugin.

Ok, I finished creating a cooliris plugin and I have emailed it to Jan at development[at]phoca[dot]cz .

Hopefully he likes it and will share it back out with everyone.

I couldn't wait and i used boncko.it to creat my Cooliris wall within an article, but it will be a great addon for the future of phoca gallery

Please make sure you have tested a normal phoca gallery page by adding a new menu item that points to Phoca Gallery -> Phoca Gallery Category Layout and then configure it to view your category. Once you have all of the permissions setup there then you can modify the link to have it point to Cooliris 3D Wall Layout. After you have successfully implemented the menu item Cooliris 3D Wall Layout then you can move onto configuring the plugin to work.

Hi I'm playing about with this plugin and it's working fine in articles but I'd like to put it in a module position, is this possible? At the moment it just shows the text but no cooliris.

Hi, it is a content plugin, maybe you should find some extensiond on JED which can translate content plugin to module position.
