separating img alt attribute from title a attribute

hello :)

i'm a real newbie on joomla and phoca gallery; tried to search an answer to my question, but didn't find any, so i try to ask you

i've been asked to optimize the pictures of a gallery and i'm adding the alt attribute; i found out that it correspond to the field "name" in the windows with the details of every image, so i filled it, but then i saw that the same text is displayed as "title" attribute of the "a" tag that allows the enlargement of the picture

so i checked the options of the gallery, but i didn't find any key that allows me to disable this function, nor found a proper field to insert - for example - "click to enlarge" as title of the a tag

is there any way to separate and fill differently the "alt" attribute of <img> from the "title" attribute of <a>?

i hope i've been clear enough, but english is not my motherlanguage, nor very good as well, so maybe ask that i try to re-explain in a clearer way

thank you :)

Hi, there is no such option :-( this needs to be customized/changed in the code, in template of Phoca Gallery files :-(

ops! that's beyond my capability, seen that i'm not a programmer :(

maybe ask the developing team to consider this option in a future release: the two attributes have a complete different meaning and may be used for both for positioning and accessibility :

thanx for your answer, anyway, have a nice day :)
