Email not sent anymore

I changed from one server to another. IDnR still works except this issue:
When I want to send an invoice by email to the customer, the email is not sent anymore because the brownser tries to open the file "delivery.pdf" (or to save it on the system).
Does anyone experienced the same problem ?
Is it a question of php timeout value in the php.ini ?

I tested the email sending again with the files in com_virtuemart_IDnR_Email_TEST_addon.zip and it works.

Is there special chmod rights that my migration could override ?
I there a temp path or write-allowed path that i might forget ?

Hi, the script should not do such changes as changing chmod etc. so I don't know

Well i could make it send the email with a mix of ps_delivery.php from IDnR previous version and the latest from IDnR via Email package. But i don't really know how...
