Is there an issue with the size of the detail area allowed in IE7? I have a couple of pictures that have 2 or 3 lines of text (fairly small - 11font) and all displays well in FF of course but IE7 is cutting off the text. I've probably plaid with every setting possible (gallery is inserted in article) and it doesn't really make any difference. I even wrote the text into a image file and inserted that into the details but it cut the image off as well.. Strange and I've almost pulled out my last 2 hairs. Appreciate any expert advice on this one.

you can resize the detail area in Parameters component of a menu link... you can set the size (height) for the description which can be displayed under image in detail view... this should be change in global configuration (in case there is a link to category - in Parameters component in Menu link). In case the gallery is added into an article as plugin (the images size is taken from global configuration (e.g. modal box size)
