Phoca PDF and footnotes plugin

Hi,

I'm working on a site with scientific content. That means lots of footnotes.
I would like to use one of the two available footnote plugins for joomla: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... notes/5552 or http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... notes/3870. However neither the basic joomla pdf creator, nor Phoca PDF recognises the {footnote} {/footnote} tags. Is there some way to make Phoca PDF work with these plugins?

Regards,

Wim

Hi, you can set footer in Phoca PDF content plugin. If you cannot then this needs to be customized in the code, so the plugin syntax will be changed to some code :-(

Thanks for your reply.
I was afraid it would require some changes in the code.
Do you have any pointers to what would need to be changed? Would this require changing the code of the footnote plugin or the code of Phoca PDF or both?
Obviously Phoca PDF handles some plugins OK. It knows what to do with the {article}{/article} tags of the 'articles anywhere' plugin.

Hi, it depends on Joomla! framework which code will be transfered and which not.

The modifications needs to be made in component and in plugin too :-( but as I didn't do such modifications yet, cannot give any specific advices there :-(
