Hi, no, first the component needs to be made stable for 1.6, then I can add new features there :-(

I was looking for that as well. I have Phoca Download running in Joomla 1.6 and it's working quite well (great work by the way) with the exception of not being able to update (say change file description) or delete from frontend. Keep us posted!

Hi, users can delete files in frontend - in UCP if they have rights to do. So if you set that users who is uploading a file to some category, can delete files in this category, then he/she is able to delete them.

Hi, sorry to bump old topic, but I need a little help.
I've phocadownload 2.1.9 on my Joomla 2.5 website. I've set upload and delete rights on folders, but I can't see delete button on files in frontend. Even as administrator.

Is there an option somewhere that I should activate? or should I update my website to Jommla 3.X version to get this feature?
thanks in advance!

Hi, did you set delete rights for administrator or user in category?

Yes, I did.
Is there any other option or setting to check?
