cannot load themes

I am having a problem with themes. I have all of the components loaded. When I goto Phoco Gallery Themes and upload a package, I get that message that the package has been uploaded.
But, when I goto the Joomla modula manager, Phoca gallery menu module, under theme, there is only one them, phoca theme.

I have loaded several themes and they all say that they were uploaded. What am I doing incorrect. I have spent over 4 days trying to resolve this issue.

The problem is that when I display the catagories on a page in Joomla every thing displays to the left. I cannot get the catagories to display in columns.

Backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Parameters --> Categories View Settings (List of Categories) -->
Number of Columns=(e.g.)3
Equal Percentage Column width=Yes
Categories Box Width=(e.g.)33%
Image Size Beside Category Name=Medium with Shadow
If that don`t work, take a look to the menu link to Phoca Gallery --> Menu Item: [ Edit ] --> Parameters (Component)-->
there should be set all to "Use Global" because you can overwrite here your Phoca Gallery Parameters.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried both of your suggestions but neither one of the worked. When I go to the main all of the folders are in one vertical line. If i clickon on one of the folders that have more than one item in it, it will line up correctly in columns.

The first page just looks so tacky and I have been going crazy trying to figure out what I am doing wrong.

Any suggestion from anyone would be greatly appreciated
