I want to restrict register user of the website (users can have different user types based on the package he choose while registration) ,to upload images in specific category + in specific number on frontend. Has any body came across such problem? Please suggest me some module, plugin or any kind of help regarding this problem.?

Hi, maybe you should wait untli 1.6 will be released to get more features about groups.
