Hi there, I'm quite desperate, having spent almost two days on trying to resolve this. I have installed the phoca open graph as well as the site plugin, but still have no luck posting images from my Joomla 3 site to facebook. I have run the debugger and get the following:
Warnings That Should Be Fixed
Inferred Property The 'og:url' property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
Inferred Property The 'og:title' property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
Inferred Property The 'og:description' property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
Inferred Property The 'og:image' property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
I was under the impression that the open graph plugin would resolve this, but the warnings remain. Even though the facebook share window displays correctly with the post and post image, when it posts to facebook it's some random icon which is grossly pixelized and has no real relevance at all.
Please can you assist.
Thanks,
Jud

Re: og errors with facebook and phoca open graph
Hi, did you ask Facebook developers what these warnings mean?
When you see the source html code of your site, are you able to see these tags there?
Check if the image tag does include the image and check if the path to the image is right. If yes, then I think, there is nothing what can be done different on your site Then Facebook developers must be asked, why FB does not accept the tags with the right path to image
