Phoca Download : Only code appears

Hello everyone

I do not speak very well English and I hope to make myself understood.
Joomla 3.5.1
Phoca Download 3.1.1 is installed, the plugins Plugin Phoca Download 3.1 and Plugin Phoca Download Button 3.1 are installed and activated.

I created a category and I uploaded a pdf file.
I insert this code: {phocadownload view=file|id=1|target=s} in an article and I create a main menu item towards this article.
Everything works perfectly, I obtain the link for downloading this file.

If I insert the same code in a Custom HTML module, only the code appears in frontend, not the link for downloading the file.
I tried to create a hidden menu item which points towards the file without success.

Can somebody help me ?

Hi,
you need to prepare the module for executing the plugin code.
Backend --> Modules --> New --> Custom Module --> Options --> Prepare Content=Yes

I encounter the same problem with the component AllEvents. When I put the same code : {phocadownload view=file|id=1|target=s} in the description of an event, only code appears and I have not found Prepare content equivalent option.

I again need your help.

then you should try to contact AllEvents developers, because I don't know AllEvents component.
